Cast in Heater
Casting Heater can be made of aluminium, bronze or iron, are constructed by winding a nickel-chrome resistance ribbon around insulation and encapsulated in a stainless steel sheath. They are available in a variety of sizes and shapes with options for holes, notches and cut-outs.
With temperature capabilities of up to 650°C (1200°F), these heaters are ideal for plastic processing applications and for anywhere heat is needed on a flat or curved surface. Further, cast heaters are contamination and corrosion resistant and show very good performance at high temperatures and pressures in harsh environments.
