High Temperature Electric Cable
Electric heating resistance wire is used for electrical heating element, widely used in metallurgy, industrial stoves, household appliances, machinery and electronics manufacturing industries do heat resistance material.
Types:
1). Silicone Rubber Wire is spirally wound around a fiberglass core and enwrapped with soft silicone rubber insulation, used in refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, water dispenser, rice cooker, etc.
2). Teflon Wire is made of silicone rubber & fiber glass, it’s widely applied for headlamp, industrial machine, electrothermal products, etc. Voltage range 110V - 480V. Temperature range: 200°C - 250°C
3). Mica Fiberglass Wire: Unique insulation system offers outstanding heat-aged flexibility for longer service life. Excellent cutting and stripping characteristics. Provides dimensional consistency and uniformity. Suitable for applications to -60°C
4). Thermocouple Compensated Wire is insulated with high temperature glass braid, used to convert the thermal energy at the hot junction of thermocouple to an electrical MV signal which can be used by temperature control and recording instruments to accurately record.
